**Job Purpose**:
To support the Dispatch Incharge in planning, coordinating, and overseeing the night shift dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods as per company standards.**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Dispatch Coordination**:
Assist in executing the daily dispatch plan for finished goods during night shift

Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure smooth outbound movement.

**2. Documentation & Records**:
Ensure proper documentation for all dispatches including challans, invoices, and gate passes.

Maintain dispatch records, vehicle logs, and loading/unloading details.

**3. Loading Supervision**:
Oversee loading of goods as per delivery schedule and route plan.

Verify quantity and packaging before loading.

**4. Vehicle Management**:
Coordinate with transporters and drivers for vehicle availability and dispatch timelines.

Ensure proper sealing and documentation before vehicle departure.

**5. Inventory Support**:
Assist in stock tally of finished goods in dispatch area.

Monitor and report stock discrepancies immediately to seniors.

**6. Compliance & Safety**:
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and hygiene standards during dispatch.

Report any incidents or delays during the night shift to management.

**7. Team Coordination**:
Guide and manage loading staff/helpers during shift hours.

Maintain discipline and operational flow within the dispatch team.
**Requirements**:
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

Experience: 1-3 years in dispatch/logistics operations, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing sector.
**Skills**:
Basic knowledge of dispatch operations and documentation.

Familiar with MS Excel and inventory software (ERP preferred).

Good communication and team coordination skills.

Willingness to work night shifts regularly.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
