**Job Title: Floor Incharge**
**Location: Mumbai**
**Salary: Up to ₹28,000 per month (based on experience)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels are maintained across different SKUs.
- Implement and maintain the **5S methodology** to ensure cleanliness and organization on the floor.
- Conduct **Perpetual Inventory (P.I.)** or **Cycle Counts** to ensure continuous stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse floor, ensuring efficient processes for stock receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Maintain up-to-date records of stock movements, including incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Assist in preparing reports related to inventory management and stock levels.
- Supervise and coordinate floor staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Monitor stock discrepancies and address issues promptly.
- Utilize MS-Excel for tracking and reporting purposes (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in **inventory management** within a warehouse or similar environment.
- Familiarity with **5S methodology**, **Perpetual Inventory (P.I.)**, and **Cycle Counts**.
- Strong understanding of **Stock Keeping Units (SKUs)** and inventory control systems.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel**, particularly with **VLOOKUP**, **pivot tables**, and other advanced features.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage and motivate floor staff.
- Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.

**Educational Requirements**:

- A relevant degree or certification in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management is preferred.

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in warehouse or inventory management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
