**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented **Lab Quality Incharge** to support quality control processes at our Rabale manufacturing facility. The role includes monitoring raw materials, in-process checks, finished goods testing, and maintaining food safety and FSSAI compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological tests of raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
- Monitor **GMP** (Good Manufacturing Practices) and **HACCP** parameters on the shop floor.
- Support documentation and upkeep of quality records as per FSSAI/ISO standards.
- Ensure sampling, testing, and quality clearance of every batch produced.
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams for quality-related concerns.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments (e.g., moisture analyzer, pH meter, weighing balances).
- Ensure labels, batch coding, and pack integrity meet specifications.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Microbiology, or Chemistry
- Knowledge of FSSAI regulations, ISO 22000, GMP & HACCP is preferred
- Hands-on experience in a food testing lab (even as an intern)
- Basic computer skills (Excel, report generation)
- Good observation and reporting skills
- Willingness to work in a factory environment and conduct floor inspections
