We execute high-end projects involving aluminium windows, façades, curtain wall systems, ACP cladding, and railing works for top developers like Oberoi, Kalpataru, and Wadhwa.

We are now hiring *Site Incharges* for our *Oberoi Eternia & Oberoi Enigma Projects* located in Mulund.

Position Overview:
We are looking for dedicated and experienced *Site Incharges* to manage day-to-day installation of aluminium windows and façade systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor *installation of aluminium windows, glass, and façade works* at site.
- Coordinate with *factory, purchase, and design departments* for materials and technical drawings.
- Plan and allocate *daily tasks to installation teams and subcontractors.*
- Conduct *quality checks* and ensure work is done as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Maintain *daily progress reports, attendance records, and material tracking logs.*
- Coordinate with *client engineers, consultants, and project managers* for inspections and clearances.
- Ensure *safety compliance, housekeeping, and proper site discipline.*
- Assist in *billing measurements, reconciliation, and documentation.*

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma / Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum *2-5 years of experience* in aluminium façade or window installation.
- Knowledge of *façade systems, glass installation, sealants, and aluminium profiles.*
- Ability to read and interpret *AutoCAD drawings.*
- Good coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
- Must be *willing to be stationed at Oberoi Eternia / Enigma sites in Mulund.*
