**Introduction**:
As a Site Incharge in the field of interior design, you play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the on-site execution of interior projects. Your responsibilities encompass a range of tasks, from ensuring the seamless implementation of design plans to coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality interior spaces.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**: Supervise and manage all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed within the specified timeline and budget.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that the execution aligns with the approved design and meets quality standards. Conduct regular inspections and address any deviations promptly.
- **Team Coordination**: Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and smooth workflow on-site.
- **Resource Management**: Efficiently manage labor, materials, and equipment to optimize resources and minimize wastage.
- **Client Interaction**: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve on-site challenges promptly, making decisions that align with project goals and design specifications.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and other relevant legal requirements.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of on-site activities, including daily progress reports, material usage, and any changes to the original design.

**Requirements**:
