**Job Title**: DG Site Incharge
- Ensure smooth operation of DG sets during power failures,including troubleshooting
- Monitor and record all DG parameters (voltage, frequency, fuel level, running hours, load, etc.).
- Perform start-up and shutdown procedures as per standard operating practices.
- Schedule and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per OEM recommendations.
- Coordinate with vendors for servicing, overhauling, and load testing.
- Maintain DG logbooks, maintenance records, and service reports.
- Monitor fuel levels and ensure timely refilling.
- Record daily fuel consumption and maintain fuel stock registers.
- Check for leakages or fuel contamination and report abnormalities.
- Follow all electrical safety procedures and ensure safe operation of equipment.
- Ensure compliance with pollution control norms, noise limits, and statutory inspections.
- Maintain fire extinguishers and spill kits near DG area.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and facility teams for power management.
- Liaise with AMC vendors and utility providers during DG maintenance or testing.
- Support audits, inspections, and testing activities.
- Maintain daily DG log sheets, fault registers, and checklists.
- Submit periodic reports on performance, breakdowns, and maintenance activities.
- Update equipment history cards and AMC records.

Pay: ₹44,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
