Ali Designers & Glazers Pvt. Ltd. is a reputed aluminium façade and glazing company executing premium projects across Mumbai.

We specialize in *aluminium windows, sliding systems, structural glazing, façades, and ACP cladding.*

We are currently hiring a *Site Incharge* for *window installation works* at our *Chandak Tressorous Project, Malad.*

Position Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and technically sound *Site Incharge* who can manage day-to-day site execution for aluminium window installation — ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor *installation of aluminium sliding and openable windows.*
- Coordinate with *factory, purchase, and design teams* for drawings, dispatches, and material requirements.
- Plan and assign *daily tasks to site supervisors and installation labour.*
- Conduct *quality checks* for alignment, sealing, and fixing accuracy.
- Maintain *daily site progress reports, material receipt records, and attendance logs.*
- Coordinate with *client engineers and project management team* for inspections and approvals.
- Ensure *safety compliance, site cleanliness, and material handling discipline.*
- Assist management in *billing measurement verification and documentation.*

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma / Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum *2-4 years of experience* in aluminium window or façade site work.
- Strong understanding of *aluminium systems, glass, and installation processes.*
- Ability to read and understand *AutoCAD drawings.*
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting formats.
- Must be willing to work full-time at *Malad project site.*
