**Role Overview**:*

Seeking a skilled Site Incharge to oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and budgets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

**Experience**:*
- 2-5 years in construction management.
- Experience with Erection, Fabrication, Safety & Quality is a Mandatory.

**Key Responsibilities**:*
- Manage on-site construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with project plans and timelines.
- Report updates and risks to the Project Manager.
- Interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Plan and allocate resources efficiently.
- Monitor costs and identify savings.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve challenges.
- Oversee labour control and team management.
- Maintain safety and quality standards.

**Qualifications**:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience as a Site Incharge or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures and guidelines.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
