**SHIFT INCHARGE/CONTROLLER**
To discuss with previous shift Incharge about any special Instructions to be carried out.
To ensure arrival of sufficient clerk and Load man in shift.
To conduct one minute meeting about the day plan.
To follow en route vehicles - ensure on time arrival of route vehicles.
To ensure discuss with Agents regarding requirement of vehicle for door collection/ Office clearance.
To ensure despatch of Route vehicle as per the schedule.
To ensure arrival of all local vehicles as per the cut off time.
Ensure if loading of Payload as per the capacity of the vehicle.
Instructions to be given to Duty Staff priority to be given to Booking / arrival date and Customer wise while loading.
Should be accompanied with the Loading / unloading Clerk during lot items handling.
Should check the loaded /unloaded articles and No.of G c and verify with FMS Entry.
If any deviation in operation should be informed to the Manager/ Assistant Manager (Yard).
Check up the VMS entry, TLUS if the loaded /unloaded items properly noted.
To educate safe handling to load mans.
To ensure handling 8 MT per by each load man.
Priority to be given for crossing vehicle.
Carryout special instruction given by Managers without Omission.
Train and Educate Load man and clerk regularly.
To maintain timely delivery. Retain the goods on specific date & time and arrange for timely delivery.
**Working Days: Monday to Saturday**
**Working Hours: 8.5 hours (Rotational Shift)**
**Qualification: Any graduate**
**Location: Chennai, Coimbatore, Ernakulam, Bangalore, Mumbai**
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Rotational shift
