**Responsibilities:

**Training**:
Training planner: Should collate the training data and prepare a training calendar. Ensuring timely training adherence.

Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions using a variety of methods, including in-person workshops, webinars, and online learning platforms.

Training Throughput: Should ensure a healthy throughput for the personnel handover from training to the business along with positive feedback.

**Coaching**:
Evaluation & Measurement: Conduct PKT’s and arrange refresher to ensure Bottom quartiles are well addressed.

Continuous Improvement: Analyse training data and feedback to identify areas for improvement. Create customize content to ensure the target audience is catered

**Development**:
CurriculumDevelopment**: Design and develop engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, video manuals and assessments

Innovation & Ideas: Contribute to the team's innovation efforts by proposing new training initiatives, ideas, and technologies to enhance learning outcomes.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO’s or Corporates.

**Required Technical Proficiency**:

- Should know Google products (Sheet, slides etc)
- Should know basics about Canva
- Should have basic experience of any LMS Tool
- Should know how to fill contents & write manuals
- Should know how to operate on Microsoft Office products

**Preferred Personal Attributes**:

- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple training requirements
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
