We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **B2B Sales Representative** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities within the B2B sector.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plans.
- Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge in B2B sales, preferably in the manufacturing, engineering, or technology sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Experience using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
