**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate new B2B leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Conduct presentations and product demos to corporate decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
- Maintain a sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and reports.
- Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Attend industry events and represent the company to expand the client base.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or enterprise account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in consultative/solution-based selling.
- Knowledge of the [relevant industry] and its B2B sales cycle.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
