**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through B2B channels.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business, Marketing, or related field**.
- **4-7 years of experience** in B2B sales and marketing (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of **Hindi is an added advantage**.
