As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility and product sales. This is a key role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on sales execution in a highly competitive industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Execute marketing plans and promotional activities to support product launches and campaigns.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with internal teams including product development, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless execution.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing within the FMCG sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.
