We are a leading dealership company specializing in high-quality fire-rated and steel doors, serving residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. With a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team to include passionate and driven sales professionals.

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building customer relationships, and promoting our range of fire doors and steel doors. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned regions or sectors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and facility managers.
  • Present and promote fire and steel door products to potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the technical and operations team for product demonstrations and installations.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry standards.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials or building products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with fire-rated door specifications and safety standards is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
