**Performance Marketing Executive at RevBoosters**

**Location**: Pune (Aundh)
**Work Environment**: 5 Days(Mon-Friday)/Work from Office
**Timings**: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Competitor Analysis: Research and analyze competitors’ marketing strategies, ad approaches, and keyword rankings to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
- Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to discover and expand keyword opportunities that align with client business objectives. Utilize insights to optimize existing campaigns and uncover new targeting opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Understand clients' goals and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure high retention rates and satisfaction. Provide strategic recommendations based on performance insights.
- Campaign Management: Manage bids and budgets across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Facebook Ads campaigns. Monitor and adjust daily budgets to optimize spend and maximize ROI.
- Product Optimization: Collaborate on product optimization strategies, including the enhancement of ad copy, targeting parameters, and promotional campaigns (e.g., special offers) to improve performance.
- PPC Strategy: Develop and implement effective PPC strategies by selecting high-performing keywords and ad placements to maximize budget efficiency and conversion rates.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct daily monitoring and analysis of advertising campaigns, focusing on key metrics such as revenue, campaign performance, ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sale), daily ad spend, and conversion rates.
- Budget Management: Oversee campaign expenses, ensuring adherence to budget constraints and providing accurate monthly cost estimates.
- Reporting and Insights: Regularly monitor and report on the performance of both new and existing products within advertising campaigns, using data-driven insights to inform future strategies and optimizations.
