Performance Marketing Executive

**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Conceptualization & Strategy Development**
- Develop and execute **full-funnel marketing strategies** that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Conceptualize and implement **customer acquisition and retention** campaigns across multiple channels.
- Analyze audience behavior and optimize campaign messaging for different funnel stages (Awareness, Consideration, Decision).
**Advertising & Paid Media Management**
- Plan, create, and optimize **Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube Ads, and Google Ads** for maximum ROI.
- Execute **retargeting and lookalike audience strategies** to enhance conversion rates.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and copy to improve ad performance.
**SEO Mastery & Organic Growth**
- Implement **on-page, off-page, and technical SEO** strategies to improve organic rankings and drive inbound traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization for improved visibility.
- Monitor **Google Algorithm updates** and adapt strategies accordingly.
**CRM Utilization & Funnel Building**
- **Develop and optimize marketing funnels** to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
- Leverage **CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)** to track customer interactions and segment audiences.
- Work with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead scoring and customer touchpoints.
**Data Analysis & Performance Optimization**
- Use tools like **Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards** to analyze campaign performance.
- Track and measure **customer journey metrics**, such as lead conversion, retention, and churn rates.
- Prepare **data-driven reports** and suggest optimizations to improve marketing ROI.
**Team Leadership & Management**
- Lead, mentor, and manage a **team of 5+ digital marketing professionals**.
- Assign tasks, set performance goals, and ensure the team meets campaign objectives.
- Conduct regular training sessions to upskill the team in the latest digital marketing trends.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
**Experience & Expertise**
- **Minimum 3 years of experience leading a team of 5+ marketers** in performance marketing.
- Proven track record in **running and scaling Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads** with high ROI.
- Strong knowledge of **SEO principles and Google ranking algorithms**.
- Experience in **building and managing marketing funnels**.
- Hands-on experience with **CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar**.
**Technical & Analytical Skills**
- Proficiency in **Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Ads, and Google Analytics**.
- Ability to analyze and optimize **customer acquisition and retention metrics**.
- Hands-on experience with **SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Google Search Console**.
