We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive user acquisition and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn)
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
- Create and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations
- Manage campaign budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad copy, creative, and landing pages
- Generate regular performance reports and present insights to stakeholders
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices
- Collaborate with content and creative teams for campaign assets
- Monitor competitor activities and identify market opportunities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Proven track record in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
- Proficient in campaign tracking, UTM parameters, and conversion setup
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent budget management and ROI optimization skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
