**ob Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Customer Support & Issue Resolution**:

- Provide accurate and relevant information about products and services.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

**Order Processing & Account Management**:

- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
- Process payments, refunds, and exchanges as per company policies.
- Update and maintain customer account details.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Generate reports on customer issues, complaints, and service improvements.
- Identify recurring problems and suggest solutions for process improvement.

**Collaboration & Continuous Improvement**:

- Work closely with sales, technical, and logistics teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Stay updated on company products, policies, and industry trends.
- Participate in training programs to enhance customer service skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
