**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

We are looking for a highly driven **E-commerce Manager/Performance Marketer** for our **website**, who can lead our website operations, manage paid advertising, and optimize supply chain processes to drive sales and business growth. If you have a target-achieving attitude and a passion for digital marketing, we'd love to hear from you
- **WEBSITE OPERATIONS & INTEGRATION** - Oversee content, manage updates, and ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
- **PAID MEDIA & ADVERTISING** **(Website)**- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms to drive high-intent traffic.
- **SALES & PERFORMANCE TRACKING** **(Website)** - Monitor key KPIs, conversion rates, and customer journeys to enhance sales performance.
- **SUPPLY CHAIN & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT** - Ensure a smooth flow of products from warehouse to customer with optimized logistics and inventory control.
- **TARGET-ORIENTED APPROACH** - Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 4-5 **years of experience** within the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in **website operations and PPC campaign management**.
- Expertise in **Google Ads, Meta Ads,**and other paid marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales growth and performance tracking.
- Experience with **Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools**.
- Knowledge of **supply chain management and inventory handling**.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for scaling e-commerce/website businesses.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
