This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer, located in Panchkula, India. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote company products or services. Tasks include conducting market research, analyzing data, optimizing campaigns for conversions, and collaborating with the marketing team to achieve performance marketing goals.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in performance marketing, including PPC, display advertising, and social media advertising
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis
- Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Voluum, RedTrack, or similar).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work on-site in Panchkula, India
- Experience in the online advertising industry is a plus
