**Job Summary**: We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Your goal will be to drive measurable results and enhance the overall effectiveness of our marketing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**:

- Manage and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Analyze campaign performance data and metrics to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms to track and report on campaign performance.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize return on investment.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to improve campaign performance.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product, to create compelling marketing assets.
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed to enhance marketing efforts.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to performance marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
