**What You’ll Do**

As a **Performance Marketing Manager**, you’ll be in charge of running and optimizing digital ad campaigns across platforms. You’ll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to meet sales and growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Track KPIs and performance metrics
- Analyze campaign data to identify insights and improve performance
- Collaborate with creatives to develop compelling ad visuals and copy
- Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and messaging
- Monitor ad budgets, ROAS, and overall campaign health
- Stay updated on platform changes and trends

**Must-Have Attributes**:

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads & analytics tools
- Strong data analysis skills and understanding of key metrics
- Experience with fashion or D2C brands is a plus
- Ability to work on-location and coordinate with creative teams
- A passion for thoughtful storytelling and conscious brands

**Compensation**

We’re aiming to hire within a budget of ₹30,000 to ₹50,000/month.

This is a **full-time, in-person** role. If you're looking for freelance or part-time work, this role may not be suitable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
