Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing (D2C) professional based in Chandigarh. The individual will be responsible for overseeing direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, conducting thorough data analysis, and optimizing strategies to achieve desired outcomes. The role also involves testing performance matrices to ensure continuous campaign improvement and collaborating with team members for seamless execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis expertise to assess and enhance campaign performance
  • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams and present marketing insights
  • Performance Management and Testing skills to monitor, optimize, and scale marketing efforts effectively
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong problem-solving ability
  • Relevant experience in D2C marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
