**Website Design and Development**:

- Design and develop visually stunning, responsive websites that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement design concepts into functional websites.

**Graphic Design**:

- Create engaging graphics, banners, and other visual elements for websites.
- Design eye-catching social media posts to enhance online presence.

**Tool Proficiency**:

- Utilize design tools such as Photoshop, Figma, and Adobe XD to create high-quality visuals.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.

**User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design**:

- Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience through thoughtful UX/UI design.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs based on user feedback.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and project managers, to ensure the successful execution of design projects.

**Client Interaction**:

- Participate in client meetings to understand their design requirements and provide creative solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in web design.
- Proficient in design tools such as Photoshop, Figma, and Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,840.34 - ₹35,000.00 per month
