We’re looking for a skilled **B2B Lead Generation Specialist** to join our team. If you have a track record of generating high-quality leads, know your way around digital tools and platforms, and thrive in a fast-moving environment—this role is for you.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Drive B2B lead generation using platforms like IndiaMart, TradeIndia, Alibaba, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads, and more
- Research and identify potential clients using online tools, directories, and databases
- Qualify and nurture leads through the sales funnel
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Track, analyze, and report on lead performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on lead quality and conversion goals

**What You’ll Need**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in B2B lead generation
- Proficiency with research and design tools like Canva, Adobe, Corel, Google Sheets/Excel, and social media platforms
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to problem-solve on the fly
