**Job Description: B2B Sales Executive (Indiamart)**
**Location**: Khatodara GIDC, Surat
**Company**: Subh Sarees
**Salary**: 16,000 to 18,000 INR per month
**Work Hours (Male)**: 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM
**Work Hours (Female)**: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities through the Indiamart platform.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve sales targets to meet company objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and timely delivery of products.
- Keep abreast of competitor activities, market developments, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the têxtile industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales and client acquisition on the Indiamart platform.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach.
