Full job description Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with jewelry retailers, wholesalers, and other B2B clients. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences. 3. Showcase our jewelry collections, highlighting unique features, quality, and craftsmanship. 4. Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with clients. 5. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity. 7. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. 8. Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and customer service. Requirements: 1. Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the jewelry industry. 2. Strong understanding of the jewelry industry, market trends, and consumer behavior. 3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Preferred Skills: 1. Experience with CRM software and sales management tools. 2. Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes, quality control, and certification. 3. Familiarity with international trade, logistics, and customs regulations.
