
Telecaller - B2B Sales

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients and introduce SBRSF’s sustainable fashion and technical têxtile products.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products or customization options.
- Coordinate with the sales and production teams for order processing and fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in **B2B sales** or **telecalling** (têxtile or fashion industry preferred).
- **Education**: Minimum **12th pass / Graduate** in any field.
- Strong **communication skills** in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
- Ability to **handle objections** and close deals effectively.
- Basic knowledge of **MS Office and CRM tools**.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in making outbound sales calls.
