**Full job description**
Are you a person with a passion for helping others and a knack for closing deals? Then we want to hear from you We're looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Customer Service /Sales Representative to join our team and help us create an unforgettable customer experience.
**In this role, you'll be responsible for**:
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues quickly and efficiently
- Identifying and qualifying sales leads
- Building relationships with potential customers and understanding their needs
- Delivering engaging sales presentations and demos
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Hitting your sales goals and exceeding expectations
But this is no ordinary customer service/sales job. We're looking for someone who is creative, innovative and thinks outside the box. We want someone who is passionate about our products and services and who is eager to help our customers succeed.
- Fluent in English is a must
- 70% Customer support
- 30% Sales
- Need to Speak with US Clients
- International experience would be an added advantage
- Experience: 2-4 Years
