We are looking for **Customer Service Representative having 0-1 years of exp to** manage calls, customer service inquirers, etc,

**Main Activities**:

- Open and maintain customer records by updating account information in the backend
- Maintain close contact with sales representatives to obtain information regarding product performance, service requirements and customer requests
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint / issues
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer information
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as required
- Manages the office and administration duties as per the Company policy

**What are we looking for**:

- Having Experience in international semi
- voice calling process.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in **English is a must**:

- Knowledge / understanding of online user behaviour
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to demonstrate professional grammar and diction is a must
- Proficient in using MS Office Software mainly Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint with excellent documentation and presentation skills
- Possess an ability to establish a report with customers, identify their concerns and needs and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
- **Shift timing will be of 9 hours between 6 PM to 6 AM**

**Experience**:
