- Need to work on Client software through Remote desktop connection/Citrix. Analyse details provided by client.
- Creating orders in client software given by Operation Managers (OM)/Account Executives (AE).
- Updating the orders if any changes given by OM/AE.
- Communicating with OM/AE for order related queries and suggest solutions where possible.
- Cross QC of the orders performed by other team members.
- Team communication regarding jobs, errors, queries.
