Basic knowledge on Service Now or any other Ticketing Tool.
Ø Knowledge on ITIL and SDLC
Ø At least 2 years hands on experience on Unix Commands
Ø At least 2 years of experience on MySQL and usage of SQL developer or Toad tool
Ø Good communications skill (Written & Oral)
Ø Excellent Customer Service skills
Ø Experience in Software Application Production support would be added advantage
Ø Provide technical assistance and support 24X7 for incoming queries and issues.
Ø Being able to ask questions to determine the nature of problem
Ø Work with Cross functional teams, manage escalations, communicate with multiple stake holders simultaneously
Ø Perform functional RCA
Ø Prioritize tickets based on established guidelines for technical support teams to analyse and resolve.
Ø Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
Ø Shell scripting is added advantage. Sound interpersonal communication skills, team player and problem-solving skills.
Ø Having telecom background is added advantage
Ø Basic knowledge of java
Ø Basic knowledge of web services
Location : Bangalore

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹54,000.00 per month
