**Job Title**: Corporate Gifting Sales Associate
**Location**: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience Required**: 1-3 years in B2B sales or corporate gifting (preferred)
**Salary**: 20,000 to 25,000
**Industry**: Gifting / Corporate Sales / Retail / FMCG
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential corporate clients for gifting solutions.
- Pitch customized gifting options based on client needs and budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement and follow-ups.
- Manage end-to-end order processes including quotations, product selection, order placement, and delivery coordination.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to generate leads and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with the operations and procurement teams for timely deliveries and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and reports using CRM tools.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle high-value clients and build long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
