**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Prospect and Generate Leads**: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- **Sales Strategy and Planning**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their IT needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Incroyable Industries' IT products and services, staying updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- **Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- **Proposal Development**: Create and present detailed proposals and quotations, addressing client requirements and ensuring competitive pricing.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Track sales activities, prepare reports on sales performance, and provide regular updates to management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and market initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT sales or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- **Skills**: Strong understanding of IT products and services, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- **Attributes**: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in technology trends.
