Job description

Role & responsibilities

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing and IT services.
  • Monthly and Quarterly targets will be measured.
  • Identifying potential clients through market research, cold calls, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals , Office visit and Field work.
  • Generating qualified leads and building a robust sales pipeline for IT staffing services (permanent, contract, C2H).
  • Developing and delivering customized pitch presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.

Key Requirements

  • GEM portal knowledge will be Priorities.
  • MS Office, PPT, CRM tools & ERP knowledge.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Passion for networking, field visits, and proactive sales activities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented & able to work independently.

Education

  • Bachelor degree in (BBA) or MBA.
