**Job description**

**Role & responsibilities**
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing and IT services.
- Monthly and Quarterly targets will be measured.
- Identifying potential clients through market research, **cold calls**, **LinkedIn**, **networking**, and **referrals**, Office visit and Field work.
- Generating qualified leads and building a robust sales pipeline for IT staffing services (permanent, contract, C2H).
- Developing and delivering customized pitch presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.

**Key Requirements**
- GEM portal knowledge will be Priorities.
- MS Office, PPT, CRM tools & ERP knowledge.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Passion for networking, field visits, and proactive sales activities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented & able to work independently.

**Education**
- Bachelor degree in (BBA) or MBA.
