**Responsibilities**:
**Database Management**:
- Maintain and manage the staff database, ensuring timely creation, updates, and
data maintenance
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all platforms
- Generate regular reports and insights from the database for management
review
**Employee Management and Experience**:
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience
for all employees
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing timely
and accurate information
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and
culture-building activities
**Backend Documents and Contracts Management**:
- Create, manage and organize all backend documents, including contracts,
policies, and employee records
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, compliant with relevant laws and
regulations, and easily accessible
- Coordinate with legal and other departments to maintain accurate records
**Profile Requisites**:
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of
accuracy and mínimal supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey
information clearly and concisely
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field is preferred
- Previous experience in HR or a similar administrative role is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must, and
experience with HR databases or systems preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Passionate about working with and for youth from low socio-economic
backgrounds to bring about positive change
- Willingness to travel within/across cities as needed
