**Position Title**: Marketing Executive
**Location**: Hyderabad

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**: Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, social media posts, blog content, and advertisements.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activity. Provide actionable insights to enhance marketing strategies.
- **Brand Management**: Ensure consistent branding across all communication platforms and marketing materials. Help to strengthen the brand’s position in the market.
- **Event Management**: Support in planning and organizing marketing events, product launches, webinars, and trade shows. Assist in promotional activities related to these events.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Assist in preparing marketing performance reports and recommend improvements.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and design teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business objectives.
- **Customer Engagement**: Assist in developing customer loyalty programs and retention strategies. Respond to customer queries and feedback across various channels.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Experience with CRM software is advantageous.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,112.67 - ₹20,175.13 per month
