**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Execution**:

- Generate new business leads and develop relationships with potential customers.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Follow up on inbound leads and maintain an active pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- **Marketing Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements for lead generation and engagement.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide superior customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Address any customer issues or concerns promptly, ensuring the highest levels of service.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:

- Track and report on sales performance, customer interactions, and lead conversion rates.
- Provide regular updates to management on campaign progress and sales metrics.
- Analyze market trends and sales data to help improve future strategies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with at least [X] years in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform decisions and strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A results-driven approach with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
