**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic **Telemarketing Executive** to join our growing team. As a key part of our sales and marketing efforts, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our products/services, and generating qualified leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Present and explain products or services clearly and persuasively.
- Generate interest and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
- Previous telemarketing/sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
