**Job Overview**:
The Tele caller Executive is responsible for making and receiving calls to Patients, promoting hospital products/services, handling patient inquiries, and assisting with various customer/patient needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work towards achieving customer satisfaction targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound and Inbound Calling**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing patients to promote products, services, and to book their appointments for a consultation.
- Answer inbound calls from customers, provide assistance, and resolve queries & book appointments.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Engage with patients to understand their needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
- Offer information, clarify doubts, and promote features of products/services offered by the hospital.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring patient satisfaction.
- Process patient requests, appointment bookings, or cancellations efficiently.
- **Data Entry and Record Maintenance**:

- Accurately record customer interactions, sales data, and feedback in the company CRM or other systems.
- Maintain an updated patient database and ensure all information is accurate and complete.
- **Compliance**:

- Follow company policies, guidelines, and legal regulations during all interactions with customers.
- Ensure that all customer data and sensitive information is handled securely and confidentially.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Degree in B.Com/ B.Sc/Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- 0- 1 year( Fresher) or Prior experience in tele calling, tele sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Experience with call management tools is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly tone.
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

**Key Competencies**:

- **Communication**: Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers in Telugu, English and Hindi.
- **Adaptability**: Flexible to changing customer needs and company priorities.
- **Persistence**: Capable of handling rejection and continuing with enthusiasm.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions and data.
- **Time Management**: Efficient in managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet performance goals.

- Office-based or remote (depending on company policy).
