**Job Summary**:
We're seeking highly motivated Tele-Callers to join our team. As a Tele-Caller, you'll handle outbound calls (cold and hot) to generate new leads, convert walk-ins, and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers (cold and hot calls)

2. Generate new walk-ins and convert leads into sales

3. Handle and convert walk-in customers

4. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

5. Maintain accurate records of calls and sales interactions

6. Overseas experience

**Requirements**:
1. 0-5 years of experience in tele-calling/sales

2. Excellent communication and persuasion skills

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

4. Strong convincing and negotiation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
