**Job Description: Educational Telecaller**

**Location**: Kondapur, Hyderabad
**Salary**: 2-3 LPA
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2+ years (compulsory prior experience in telecalling or sales within the education industry)
**Preferred Gender**: Female

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to parents to discuss educational offerings and services.
- Provide detailed information about courses, programs, and offerings.
- Convince parents about the benefits of our services and encourage them to enroll their children.
- Follow up with leads and schedule consultations to further engage with parents.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and follow-up actions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians.
- Address concerns or objections in a professional manner, offering appropriate solutions.
- Meet monthly targets and work closely with the team to drive business growth.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 2+ years of prior experience in tele calling or sales within the education industry** (compulsory).
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with a persuasive and confident tone.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and build rapport with parents.
- Ability to handle objections effectively and present solutions to parents.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for education.
