**Job description**

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and proactive **Tele Calling Executive **to join our team at AasaanWill.

As a **Tele Calling Executive**, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive stellar service that enhances their interaction with our product. If you have a knack for communication, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to championing the voice of the customer, we would be excited to get to know you.

**Responsibilities**
- Handle product and legal inquiries to drive our growth while deepening your understanding of all business and product aspects.
- Advocate for the customer internally, ensuring their feedback is heard across the business while contributing your ideas to shape our processes.

**Requirements**:

- Warm and sympathetic demeanor with excellent listening, writing, and verbal communication skills delivered in a comforting tone.
- Fluency in English, Telugu and/or Hindi; proficiency in any other language is a considerable advantage.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
