**Job Title : Female Tele Caller - Education Sector**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle outbound calls to effectively engage with potential students and parents.
- Convert leads into prospects by providing detailed information about our college programs, admission process, and benefits.
- Attract and persuade students to enroll in our college through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing doubts, queries, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of our college's offerings and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential students.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Strong product knowledge about the college's programs, facilities, and admission procedures.
- Ability to handle objections and concerns with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.
