**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop engaging content for social media posts, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Manage and grow social media presence for both FindMyGuru and SkillVedika.
- Run paid campaigns to drive traffic, student leads, and tutor sign-ups.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Work closely with the sales and academic teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Optimize website and landing pages for SEO and lead generation.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in the EdTech or training domain).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content strategy.
- Hands-on experience with digital tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Mailchimp.
- Good understanding of lead funnels, conversion tracking, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in promoting educational courses, online training programs, or tutor platforms.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing or video content creation for education brands.
