Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the education sector, digital trends, and strategies to generate leads and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Develop engaging content for social media posts, blogs, and promotional materials.
  • Manage and grow social media presence for both FindMyGuru and SkillVedika.
  • Run paid campaigns to drive traffic, student leads, and tutor sign-ups.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Work closely with the sales and academic teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Optimize website and landing pages for SEO and lead generation.
  • Handle e-mail marketing campaigns and WhatsApp broadcast promotions.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in the EdTech or training domain).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with digital tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Mailchimp.
  • Good understanding of lead funnels, conversion tracking, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in promoting educational courses, online training programs, or tutor platforms.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing or video content creation for education brands.
