We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team and help drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies and strong client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and product/service demonstrations.
- Manage and update CRM systems with lead and client information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve products, services, and brand visibility.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Fluent in English and [mention any local language if applicable].
