**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- **Customer Engagement**: Directly interact with customers, gathering feedback, answering questions, and driving engagement for the brand.
- **Brand Advocacy**: Act as the face of the brand in the field, ensuring that brand messaging and image are consistently represented.
- **Market Research**: Collect data and insights from the field to inform the marketing team about customer preferences, competitive activities, and market trends.
- **Sales Support**: Support the sales team by generating leads, managing customer relationships, and ensuring promotional materials are distributed effectively.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, events, and initiatives, and make recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on field marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
